I love Hope's products, which are not only beautiful but also fit perfectly. The saleswomen are super attentive, but Jale surprised me a lot. After I had picked out a few items, she already knew my style and, several times, when I asked if they had the product in a certain color or my size, she would answer "we do, but you won't like the style" and she was right every time! She didn't show me a single item I didn't like! Excellent saleswoman!
